When signing up for a Moderated session, you will be requested to provide and verify your mobile phone number.
Why we are requesting this
This will allow the Moderator of your session to contact you in case you run late for the session.
- Your phone number will not be visible to the Moderator.
- The Moderator will only have the option to call you only at the beginning of your session.
- This option will be enabled once the start time of the session has passed and only in case you haven't joined.
Issues with receiving the verification code via SMS
If you're not receiving the SMS with the verification code make sure:

Please note that if you get the error message "Your phone number could not be verified" or "Too many failed attempts", it means that you have been locked out from this study and you will not be able schedule a session anymore.
