Depending on if you are using a desktop or a mobile, there might be different reasons why your camera is not working.
Desktops or laptops
1. Check if the camera is blocked in the OS.
MacOS
- Go to System preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Camera.
- Select the checkbox next to Google Chrome.
- Restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
Windows 10
- Within the search bar next to the windows menu icon at the bottom left, look for Settings.
- Within Settings, look for camera privacy settings.
- Under Allow apps to access your camera, the toggle must be on.
- Under Allow desktop apps to access your camera, the toggle needs to be on too.
2. Check if the camera is blocked in Chrome.
- Paste chrome://settings/content/camera within the Chrome address bar and hit Enter.
- If UserZoom is under the blocked sites, remove it from there.
3. Confirm that your camera works.
MacOS: You can use the pre-installed Photo Booth app.

4.Make sure the camera is not being used by any other software during the session.
If none of the above steps solves the issue, restarting your computer might help.
